A prompt response is to be given to the police officer when the sound of gunshots can be heard within.

“I'll handle this,” she assures the authority as she breaks into the facility. Selena feels there is no need to be cautious now because of the current alert level. Venus sends DRACO METEOR into the entrance, unfolding the scene before her of a masked vigilante taking out the burglar.

But the criminal is not alone.

The rest of the troop, recognizing the gym leader's presence, decides to lunge at her but the altaria shrieks a DISARMING VOICE, irritating screech seeping through their ears, effectively dropping their weapons and sending their pokemons crippling into the ground.

Cerulean eyes scan the area as the vocal assault cripples the burglars, assessing the gravity of the situation the vigilante's recklessness aggravates.

“You know that's why they call the police in these situations, right? So they can handle it without striking fear.”

Her disapproval is apparent, but the gym leader acknowledges the help she is being provided. The thunder wave, however, misses two of the pairs who manage to slip with the fog of their weezings. One of the robbers make their pokemon use smokescreen to escape but Venus lets out another DISARMING VOICE, defogging the facility and preventing their escape.

But it is just the opportunity needed by those who have been hiding among the distraught employees at the back, who holds out guns on their victims and their pokemons guarding their trainers.

“Can you handle the gun?” She asks the masked man. If they are to save these people inside the bank, she finally acknowledges that they have to work together.

Selena makes use of the bought time to help the hostages get out of building. Venus chews on the ropes that bounds a few of them while her trainer helps cutting them with her swiss. The last of the civilians finally managed to get free, but the last of the robber that the masked vigilante is supposed to handle is quick to grab him and make a threat against his enemies.

“Use another move and I'll end his life for good!”

Selena huffs, dismissing the robber's words as mere bluff. She looks at the guy playing hero, then into her partner, before the altaria nods and use again another DISARMING VOICE.

“Now attack!”

Selena observes the masked man do his final work of rounding up the burglars like a police officer. Perhaps he is really a police officer who likes to play superhero. But that doesn't matter anymore.

The pinkette discreetly picks up one of the cuffs. The masked vigilante will notice it, as she loosens the screw only to attach one on his hand.

“Thank you for your help. Although I believe we could have handled the situation much better because we have a plan.”

She speaks in jest, but her words are honest. She does not cuff him fully, as she moves away after locking it in one of his hands.

“I can't have you roaming around the city being all mysterious when I don't know your true identity. So unless you want to reveal yourself, please don't meddle again with official police matters.”
